I really didn’t know Gerald Wilson well. I did know his kindness. This articulate giant passed away after 96 years of living the most agreeably full life one could imagine.
Gerald’s pleasant demeanor proceeded him into any space he entered. William Yardley wrote about Gerald in today’s New York Times.
